About Sopplement

Sopplement was established in 2024 to spread knowledge about functional mushrooms and how they can support the body. Sopplement is a result of my interest in health and nature — and my own journey from health-related ailments to understanding and healing through conscious choices. The knowledge I have acquired along the way has created a new understanding of how my daily choices affect my health, which has been liberating.

About the products

The products I sell I use myself, and I share them with friends and family. They are pure, potent and made with respect for nature and the body. This is why I collaborate with a small family business in Europe to produce them. For me, both the nutritional content and the intention behind the product are important. This is also why I put in the extra effort to become a certified organic company . The organic certificate is a quality seal that ensures that the products are handled properly.
